Terms of Use
Current as of September 3, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Cookery Events website. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
1. Website Purpose
This website provides general information about Cookery Events, including catering, staffing, rentals, setup, breakdown, beverage service and event-coordination options.
Website content is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. It is not an offer, guarantee or binding commitment to provide a particular menu, item, date, price or service.
2. Quotes and Availability
Website inquiries and quote requests do not reserve a date or create a service agreement. Event dates, menus, staffing, equipment, rental inventory and outside-vendor services remain subject to availability.
Prices shown on the website, if any, may represent starting prices or general examples. A personalized proposal may consider event date, location, guest count, menu, service style, staffing, rentals, setup, delivery, taxes, service charges and other requirements.
3. Event Agreements Control
Catering, rental or event services are governed by a separate written proposal, contract or event agreement. If these website Terms conflict with a signed event agreement, the signed event agreement controls with respect to the booked services.
Deposit requirements, payment dates, guest-count deadlines, cancellation terms, rescheduling terms and event responsibilities will be stated in the applicable agreement.
4. Information You Submit
You agree to provide accurate and reasonably complete information when submitting an inquiry or requesting services. You are responsible for promptly communicating material changes involving:
- Event date, time, location or venue.
- Guest count and service schedule.
- Menu selections and dietary requirements.
- Known food allergies or allergy-sensitive requests.
- Staffing, equipment and rental requirements.
- Venue rules, permits or access restrictions.
5. Dietary and Allergy Requests
Cookery Events may accommodate dietary requests with sufficient advance notice. Clients are responsible for clearly communicating allergies and dietary requirements during the planning and booking process.
Food may be prepared, transported or served in environments where common allergens are present. Unless expressly confirmed in a written agreement, Cookery Events cannot guarantee that food or equipment will be completely free from cross-contact with every allergen.
6. Rentals and Event Equipment
Rental selections, quantities, delivery, setup, pickup and availability are confirmed through the applicable event agreement.
Clients, lost or missing rental items may result in repair or replacement charges when the client is responsible under the event agreement. Specific responsibilities and charges will be described before booking.
7. Permitted Website Use

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability concerning booked catering, rental or event services is governed by the applicable signed event agreement and controlling law.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, damages or expenses resulting from your unlawful website activity, violation of these Terms or infringement of another party’s rights.
