Your final proposal and signed agreement will identify the staff, scheduled hours, responsibilities, service areas and applicable charges included in your event.

Staffing Levels

Recommended staffing is determined by the guest count, service style, venue, menu, schedule and assigned responsibilities.

Scheduled Hours

Arrival, service and departure times will be identified in the agreement. Additional time may result in additional charges.

Bartending Requirements

Alcohol service is subject to applicable law, venue policies and the approved event-specific alcohol arrangement.

Venue access, loading, service areas, cleanup requirements and outside-vendor policies must be confirmed before the event.
