Clear Details for Confident Planning
Your personalized proposal and signed agreement will confirm the pricing, services, responsibilities and terms that apply to your private event.
Delivery Orders
Delivery orders require a minimum food purchase of $250. Delivery is added as a flat fee based on distance and is not included in menu pricing.
Event Deposit
Full-service events require a 50% deposit after the proposal and agreement are approved to reserve the selected date.
Dietary Accommodations
Dietary requests can be discussed in advance. Allergy-sensitive requirements should be disclosed during booking so appropriate precautions can be reviewed.
Additional Charges
Taxes, gratuities, delivery, travel and applicable service charges are additional unless specifically included in the written proposal.
Rental Responsibility
Clients are responsible for damaged, lost or missing rental items included under their event agreement. Complete terms are provided before booking.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes, cancellations and rescheduling requests are governed by the signed event agreement. Contact our team promptly if your event plans change.
